Rogervoice is certified to provide Telephone Relay Services (TRS) nationwide. Its automated captioning technology has met or exceeded the required criteria, based on competitor benchmarks conducted by the FCC, for quality performance and speed of captions.

As a United States citizen or resident with a hearing loss, you may use Rogervoice free of charge, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The service is paid for by the FCC through a federally funded service for persons with hearing loss.

UNITED STATES FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.
