This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is published by Rogervoice, a société par actions simplifiée, registered with the Paris trade and companies register under number 792 106 015, and with its head office located at 47 rue des Vinaigriers, 75010 Paris (Rogervoice”).

The Privacy Policy aims to inform you, as a user of Rogervoice services, of our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data (the “Personal Data”), which will have been obtained on (i) the website https://rogervoice.com, (ii) our Rogervoice application, or (iii) a Rogervoice service provided by a partner (together, the “Rogervoice Services”).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

If you decide to use the Rogervoice Services, you agree that Rogervoice collects and processes Personal Data, under the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy in accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (the “FDPA”) and, as of 25 May 2018, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of data (the “GDPR”). If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Rogervoice Services.

2. Collection of your Personal Data

Rogervoice may collect Personal Data about you in two ways:

  • directly, when you freely provide us with your Personal Data;
  • automatically, in connection with the use of the RogerVoice Services.

2.1 Personal Data you provide us with

By using the Rogervoice Services, you as user provide us with the following Personal Data:

  • those necessary for registration to the service we provide. Such Personal Data mayinclude in particular your phone number and, when assigning a phone number, your proof of residency and identification document. This information is mandatory. Otherwise, we may be unable to provide you with the Rogervoice Services;
  • the details of your visits and contents you access;
  • your answers to our surveys and questionnaires and the opinions you leave. This information may be used in particular in relation to user behaviour analysis and to develop the service;
  • your contacts’ phone numbers, especially when dialling a contact and when synchronizing contacts in the application.

Personal Data which provision is mandatory are marked on the collection forms with an asterisk. Failing to provide us with such Personal Data will prevent you from accessingcertain services.

2.2 Personal Data automatically collected when you use the Rogervoice Services

When you use the Rogervoice Services, some Personal Data are automatically collected such as:

  • the IP address of your computer or mobile device;
  • information about your computer or your mobile device, how you connect, such as the type and version of your Internet browser, your operating system, the OS of your mobile or tablet, and the unique device ID and other technical ID;
  • the URL address you browse, including the date and time, as well as the content you access or visit, the search terms used, download errors, the viewing duration of certain pages.

Among other technologies used to collect Personal Data, we use cookies in accordance with Article 9 Cookies.

We may use the above Personal Data for the purposes identified in article 4 Purposes of Processing of Personal Data of this Privacy Policy.

3. Personal Data collected by means of forms

Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act, the forms with which Personal Data are collected contain the following information:

  • purposes for which your Personal Data are collected;

The processing operated by Rogervoice therefore falls within the scope of article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR, under which the processing is lawful if it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party.

5. Recipients of your Personal Data

We only disclose your Personal Data to authorized and determined recipients for the purposes indicated above.

The recipients of your Personal Data are:

  • the authorized departments of Rogervoice and in particular the persons in charge of the marketing department, the sales department, the prospect and client management departmentthe administrative departmentthe logistics and IT department;
  • the technical providers of Rogervoice in charge of hosting the website;
  • any subcontractors of Rogervoice.

6. User rights

Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act and, as of May 25, 2018, to the GDPR, you have the right to request from Rogervoice access to your Personal Data, rectification, erasure or portability of these Personal Data, as well as to object to their processing or to ask for its limitation. Users of the Rogervoice Services also have the possibility to provide specific instructions concerning the use of their Personal Data after their death.

Users of the Rogervoice Services are informed of their right to object at any time to the processing of their Personal Data (i) on grounds relating to their particular situation, when this treatment is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Rogervoice; or (ii) for direct marketing purposes, which include profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

Users of the Rogervoice Services are also informed that, pursuant to article 77 of the GDPRthey can file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (the CNIL) if theyconsider that Rogervoice processes their Personal Data in violation of the GDPR.

8. Retention period

Your data will not be kept beyond the period strictly necessary for the purposes stated herein and in accordance with the law. User data are erased when the retention periods expire.

Nevertheless, the data may be archived beyond their retention periods for the purposes of research, finding and prosecution of criminal offenses for the sole purpose of allowing, where necessary, the provision of such data to the judicial authority. Archiving implies that these data will be anonymized and will no longer be available online but will be extracted and stored on a separate and secure storage medium.
